1. Ticket Refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase has been made, except in the following situations:

2. Merchandise Refunds

Merchandise purchases are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or damaged. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at [email protected]. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
